5. Courier Partner

  •  Orders are shipped via J&T Express
  •  Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Concerns

  •  For delivery status, delays, or rider concerns, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
  •  Domus Naturae PH is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  •  Domus Naturae PH will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

  •  If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
